Scheduling An Appointment

We are a referral-only clinic for all medical concerns. Please visit your Family Doctor or your Optometrist to ask for a referral. For cosmetic consultations, you can schedule directly with our Patient Coordinator by calling 780-425-LIDS (5437) or by completing a Cosmetic Consultation Request online. Please note all cosmetic consults require a consultation fee as they are not covered by Alberta Health Care.

We accept referrals by fax 780-425-5613. Please call the office for emergency (same-day) referrals to speak with the physician in the office.

Parking

First Edmonton Place has a heated underground parking lot for the public, with access from 107 Street just south of Jasper Avenue. There are elevators from the underground parkade into the building for wheelchair access. Alternatively, parking may be found in pay parking lots around the downtown core and street parking. Reminder to allot at least 2 hours for the appointment time.
